I am personally a fan of granola in a lot of my foods. Even though granola may seem healthy because it's made of oats, it can actually be very high in calories and fat content without you even realizing it. I hope
my video can help you guys out when choosing the right granola in the store. I go through a few different types of granola and their nutrition facts, and I point out the pros and cons of each one.
